RYMO Creative Services (RYMOCS) Culinary Branch provides you with over 21 years of restaurant management expertise and 35+ years of cooking and chef experience. With our Cajun Chef Ryan blog we join the online foodie and culinary community with sharing our recipes, restaurant experiences and general knowledge of all things culinary.

Our current project includes documenting and transferring into digital format the 35+ years of collected manuals, recipes, notebooks, menus, processes, and procedures as a way of preserving them for future generations.

We are also looking into the options and possibilities for forming a culinary cooking school in the Wake Forest, NC area, our focus would be to teach children and adults the fine art and the joy of cooking at home.
